3DRetro.com Legal and Return Policies

Policy

In an effort to make your purchase experience as easy and convenient as possible 3DRetro.com has set forth a policy in which we try our best to have you completely satisfied with your purchase. In this policy we have outlined a few items which work with our store in cases of returns, cancellations and other scenarios for orders. For any questions please email retroadmin@3dretro.com  
     
Pre-Orders 
Pre-Orders placed on the 3DRetro.com will have an authorization [to guarantee validity of the card] placed on the purchasers card but the card will not be charged until the item purchased is ready to ship.
    
Shipments of pre-orders will be shipped when all items of the pre-order have arrived into our fulfillment center as long as each item is 14 or less days away from expectant "In Stock" date. If the items on pre-order have more than a 14 day difference in "In Stock" date then items will be shipped separately and shipping will be charged accordingly. If a customer wishes to have all items shipped together even if the "In Stock" dates have more than a 14 day difference between them,the customer must specify this request this in a 48 hour window from the time of purchase. 
       
3DRetro.com will honor any cancellations of pre-orders and will refund the order with a $2.50 processing fee if the pre-order is cancelled within 48 hours of the order being placed. If the pre-order is cancelled anytime after the 48 hour period the customer will be refunded their amount minus a 35% re-stocking fee of the items cancelled.  
              
Returns 
3DRetro.com will honor all returns of products after shipment and will refund the customer's credit card back minus shipping fees as well as a 35% re-stocking fee for items returned. 3DRetro.com has a 15-day return policy. Items will not be accepted for return after 15 days after the date of shipment.  
                  
Damaged Goods 
If an item is received with damages or defects 3DRetro.com will accept a return of the item for replacement only. If the item is no longer available in stock then 3DRetro.com will give a full refund to the customer. Damaged goods must be received in a 15-day period from the initial shipping date and must include all items originally shipped.  
         
Right to Refuse Service 
3DRetro.com reserves the right to refuse service and shipment to anyone. A full refund will be placed on the customer's card if refusal is given along with an explanation. If multiple attempts for an order is placed by the customer after refusal of service 3DRetro.com reserve the right to contact the proper authorities, block/ban users and file charges if necessary.
